Include your app version, macOS version, a short description of the issue, and the steps that led to it. Redact personal information from screenshots. Do not send passwords, login codes, API keys, OAuth files or raw private email threads.

Connect Scout

1. Open Greenlit’s AI & Models settings and choose ChatGPT/Codex or Claude.
2. Use the guided connection check and your provider’s official installation/sign-in flow.
3. Choose the provider and model for the session. Your own provider account, access requirements and usage limits apply.

The desktop app is not a bundled AI subscription. Signing in to this website is not a substitute for your provider connection.

Manage connected apps

1. Open Settings → Connected Apps. Connect Google Calendar, Gmail or Granola through the provider’s browser sign-in flow.
2. Read the disclosure before approving access. Each service can be made available to Scout independently.
3. Ask Scout for relevant context—for example, help preparing for a panel after a recent interview. Scout can search and read matching items during the conversation when the connection is enabled.
4. Turn off Available to Scout to pause new retrieval. Choose Disconnect to remove that connection’s credentials from this Mac.

Google beta access may currently be limited to invited test accounts. Reauthorization can be necessary. The operator must complete applicable Google verification before a verified public connection is promised.

You can revoke Google permission from your Google Account. Previously saved context stays in Greenlit until you remove it, and revocation does not erase text already sent to an AI provider.

Send a job from your browser

Use the companion’s setup instructions in Greenlit for your browser. On a job listing, review the captured content and choose Send to Greenlit. Find it under Discover → Browser Inbox, then choose when Scout should analyze it. No AI analysis is started simply by viewing this website.

Remove data or start over

1. Remove a saved source: open the opportunity’s context, then remove the saved item. Also remove any copies in chats or generated documents if needed.
2. Stop connector access: pause or disconnect it under Connected Apps; revoke provider permission in that provider’s settings if desired.
3. Reset/remove local app data: open Settings → Danger zone, read the action’s scope, and complete its confirmation. Back up any materials you want to retain first.
4. Manage other copies: review exported files, document versions, Trash, backups, and the separate histories or logs maintained by AI tools. Local deletion does not delete provider-held copies or the original connected email/event/note.

The operator cannot remotely delete a workspace stored only on your Mac. For information you sent directly to support, contact info@easyagents.tech.
