Greenlit · Terms of use

A few ground rules.

Clear expectations for this website and the invited desktop beta.

Effective October 1, 2026 · Easy Agents LLC · Wisconsin, United States

In these terms The service today Your responsibility AI & connected services Beta limitations Content & ownership Availability & purchases Cloud & changes Contact

You stay in control. Greenlit helps you prepare and organize. Review AI output and application materials before using them. The current beta does not submit job applications or send emails for you.

1. The service today

Greenlit is operated by Easy Agents LLC, based in Wisconsin, United States. It helps organize career information, evaluate roles, prepare application materials and track opportunities. The macOS app is an invited beta; the website describes it and the planned Greenlit Cloud service.

These terms describe website use and beta expectations. Any separate app license or beta agreement supplied with your invitation governs app-use rights and takes precedence on conflicting app-license terms. Visiting this website does not purchase the app, create a paid subscription or enroll you in a future cloud service. Our privacy policy explains data handling.

2. Use responsibly and review your work

Use only information and accounts you are authorized to access. Respect privacy, confidentiality, employer rules and others' rights. Do not use Greenlit for spam, harassment, unauthorized access, security circumvention, fraudulent applications or other unlawful conduct.

AI output may be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Verify résumé claims, job requirements, compensation estimates, dates, citations and generated documents. You are responsible for final materials, hiring-related decisions and submissions. Greenlit does not guarantee an interview, offer, compensation level or employment outcome and is not professional legal or financial advice.

Keep backups of important work. AI-agent workflows can run tools and change files. Only enable unrestricted permissions if you understand the access being granted; protect your Mac and third-party accounts.

3. Your AI accounts and optional connections

The desktop beta uses your own supported ChatGPT/Codex or Claude Code account and connection. The provider determines eligibility, supported plans, availability, limits, prices and processing terms. Greenlit does not include an AI subscription.

Gmail, Calendar and Granola are optional. Their terms and account restrictions apply. Read the privacy disclosures before connecting or including confidential information. Google connections may be limited to invited test accounts while verification and release requirements are addressed. This beta's Gmail and Calendar tools are read-only; you submit applications and send messages yourself.

Greenlit is an independent product, not endorsed by Google, OpenAI, Anthropic or Granola. Third-party availability and features can change.

4. Beta limitations and your legal rights

Beta software can contain bugs, incomplete features and compatibility limits. Features and supported providers may change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta and website are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, accurate AI output or suitability for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, non-waivable warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These website terms do not impose an arbitration requirement, a class-action waiver or a fixed monetary liability cap. Any app-specific commercial terms will be presented with the applicable license or purchase process.

5. Your content and product materials

You retain rights you hold in your career information and materials. Greenlit does not take ownership of your résumé or career history. You are responsible for having permission to use third-party job listings, correspondence, meeting notes and other content you bring into the app.

Greenlit's branding and original product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use this website for its intended informational purpose, but it does not grant permission to commercially reproduce the branding or product. Third-party software remains governed by its licenses; these terms do not remove those obligations.

6. Availability and future purchases

We may update, limit or discontinue beta features or access, including where necessary for security, misuse, provider changes or legal requirements. Where applicable law or a separate agreement requires notice, we will provide it.

This website currently takes no payments. Any future app purchase or subscription will disclose its price, renewal terms where applicable, cancellation/refund terms and license before purchase. You are not charged or enrolled merely by visiting this site.

7. Greenlit Cloud and changes

"Coming soon" describes a planned direction, not a commitment to a release date, feature set or price. Greenlit Cloud has not launched. Its accounts, storage, billing and data processing will require their own disclosed arrangements. Using the desktop beta does not automatically upload its workspace or enroll you in a paid cloud service.

The effective date appears above. Material changes to applicable agreements will be communicated as required before they apply. These terms do not override non-waivable protections that apply where you live.
